Maryland Governor Larry Hogan will hold a "Repeal The Rain Tax" press conference Tuesday at 2 PM in Annapolis.
Hogan campaigned on the issue, and made it a focal point of his State of the State address last week. Democrats, led by Speaker Michael Busch, want to keep the tax in place.
