The 10th Annual Hooley Plunge benefitting Special Olympics in Allegany County will be held on Saturday, March 1st. WCBC News asked event organizer Sean McCagh if he was concerned that Lake Habeeb may be frozen for the event.
McCagh says there will be an added attraction this year for young kids who want to partake, called the Little Hooligan plunge.
