Monday was the final day in uniform for retired Major General James Hoyer of the West Virginia National Guard.
Hoyer will remain on the state’s COVID vaccine task force, and commented on shipments arriving in the Mountain State this week…
General Hoyer also commented on a mix up that saw some in Boone County receive antibodies instead of a Coronavirus vaccine.
