Troopers from the Hagerstown Barrack are investigating a tractor trailer vehicle collision on E/B I-70 at the 15 mile marker just west of Clear Spring, MD. The tractor trailer is across both lanes of the interstate which will be closed for an extended period of time. The State Highway Administration is on scene and coordinating a detour at Exit 12 Big Pool, MD.
