ICE STORM WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Additional ice accumulation up to several hundredths inch.

* WHERE...Garrett County, especially in the eastern half.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges.
  Occasional power outages from ice buildup on wires.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an
emergency. Prepare for possible power outages.
