Important Economic Reforms Need Implemented Says Franchot

Maryland's comptroller Peter Franchot has spent a great deal of his time since being elected to a third term back in November, crisscrossing the state meeting with business leaders with an emphasis on small business. He tells WCBC News that there are some meaningful, important economic reforms that need to be implemented immediately. Franchot, who often disagreed with former Gov. Martin O'Malley on the Board of Public Works, said he hopes to work cooperatively with the new governor- Larry Hogan. He and Hogan support a multi-year moratorium on new taxes and fees…
