Although no official attendance figures have been released, early indications are that DelFest 2013- the sixth annual- was the most successful to date. The bluegrass festival held at the Allegany County Fairgrounds each Memorial Day weekend is headlined by the legendary Del McCoury. Allegany County Tourism Director Barb Buehl tells WCBC News that attendance may have increased by 30 to 40% this year- with pre event projections of 30,000 plus. Buehl says in an ongoing effort to keep the event fresh and fan friendly- organizers are sending out surveys to ticket buyers to get their input on a wide range of DelFest issues…
