Earlier this month, the head of the union that represents the rank and file at local correctional facilities accused Maryland Governor Larry Hogan of indifference at an understaffing situation that has gone on for several years. It should come as no surprise that AFSCME Local 3 has now endorsed Democrat Ben Jealous for Governor
