Jessica Lynch, the former prisoner of war who made headlines in 2003 after being captured and held by Iraqi soldiers. Her dramatic rescue was seen around the world and made her an instant hero. It was during her days in captivity in an Iraqi hospital with a fractured spine, broken arm, and shattered left leg that she found faith in God. Jessica will tell her story in Cumberland this coming Thursday morning as she is the featured speaker at the annual Day of Prayer Breakfast.
