Gov. Justice is revising his color coding system. He found the green, yellow, red to be too somber and doesn’t reflect the State adequately. He’s now coming up with a new system that will employ more plaids and pastel colors. Should requirements for the coding system continue through autumn He will be adding more earth tones and his favorite; pumpkin spice.
