Just a week after Mineral County officials made the decision to cancel this summer’s fair due to the Coronavirus restrictions- West Virginia Governor Jim Justice announced Thursday that fairs and festivals can be held beginning July 1st. The state is now into week 6 of its reopening with movie theatres and casinos opening this weekend.
