Justice Provides Update as WV Adds Seven New Cases

West Virginia added seven positive COVID-19 cases and now report a total of nine deaths.  The state Department of Health and Human Resources said as of Tuesday, the state had a total of 640 positive virus cases.  More than 17,000 people have been tested, with 16,398 negative results.
