Justice: Schools reopening plan remains fluid

    The W.Va. State Dept. of Education has decided to implement the Covid-19 Magic 8 Ball to determine whether or not schools will open or close.
    “As I see it schools will remain open”.
    “Ask again later”.
    “It is certain schools will close”.
