Kelly Says Personal Letter Best Way to Contact Him

It's not unusual for Maryland lawmakers to be inundated with form letters and petitions during on a wide variety of issues during the 90 day General Assemby session; however, Allegany County Delegate Kevin Kelly says getting a generic letter signed by hundreds of people doesn’t make an impression on him. Kelly said if an issue truly is important to an individual, they should take the time to write a personal note or letter. He said the personal touch is a far better way to get his attention.
