Big changes in Keyser.
The Mineral County News Tribune is reporting that after a contentious election, City Administrator Randy Amtower, Chief of Police Karen Shoemaker, and Communications Officer Tom Roy will end their employment with the city June 30th.
Three other Keyser municipal employees are said to be leaving soon.
