A resident of Keyser, West Virginia died when his motorcycle collided with a pickup truck in Garrett County Tuesday. According to the Garrett County Sheriff's Office, 77-year-old Peter Frey was exiting Swanton Hill Road onto Maryland Highway when his motorcycle struck the other vehicle. Frey was later pronounced dead at the scene by the Southern Garrett Rescue Squad. There was no report of injuries to the driver of the pickup. Investigators say Frey appeared to be at fault in the collision.
