A Keyser woman was arrested Thursday following her May 16 indictment by a federal grand jury. Bobbi Jo Starry, 51, was indicted on one count of failure to register as a sex offender, Acting United States Attorney Betsy Steinfeld Jividen said. Starry has a third-degree sexual assault conviction in Berkeley County Circuit Court.
