On 5/1/2013 Troopers from the Maryland State Police McHenry Barrack Interstate Criminal Enforcement Team conducted a traffic stop on I-68 @ Keyser’s Ridge. A search of the vehicle was conducted after a K9 scan which revealed drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Grayson Hall (Morgantown, WV), Dylan Newman (Morgantown, WV) and Torey Jordan (Saint Albans, WV) were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of LSD, possession of ecstasy, possession of heroin, possession of hash, possession of prescription pills and possession of paraphernalia and taken before a District Court Commissioner.
