The Ku Klux Klan has planned a public rally in front of the Washington Street courthouse Saturday at noon. The event is being staged by the Traditional Rebel Knights of the KKK located in Braddock Heights. The event is planned to last an hour and a half. Uniformed Cumberland City Police officers will monitor the area at the rally. According to reports, the group is made up of 15 participants.
