Just afterminight Cumberland Police Officer on patrol observed two subjects yelling at each other in the street on Virginia Avenue at Third Street. The officer stopped and began to investigate as to what the problem was. While doing so Shauntae Renee MacDonald-Hill began to intervene and would not let the officer speak to one of the subjects. The officer ordered MacDonald-Hill to leave the area and warned her against creating a disturbance. MacDonald-Hill failed to listen to the officer’s order and she continued her actions. MacDonald-Hill was then placed under arrest and charged with one count of failing to obey a lawful order. MacDonald-Hill was released pending further action in District Court.
