The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency has released the latest revenue figures for the four gambling venues now open- and the news is encouraging. Overall revenues grew by more than 56 percent in Maryland year-to-year. And that's without counting Rocky Gap. The largest of the four…Maryland Live at Arundel Mills…saw its earnings go up a whopping 80 percent in the year just ending. The casino generated more than $51 million dollars in June alone. Table games started there in April. Maryland Live! has more than 4,300 slot machines. Ocean Downs with its 800 slots saw an increase of over 9 percent from a year ago. Hollywood Casino in Perryville did not have such a good report. It saw revenues slide by more than 2 percent, despite the addition of table games a few months ago. Agency Director Stephen Martino said that Rocky Gap, which opened in late May, reported strong early earnings of almost $2.5 million…
