On June 29, 2016 at approximately 1:26 AM the Cumberland Police responded to a residence in the 100 block of S. Allegany Street in reference to a trespassing complaint. As officers were investigating the incident it was learned an underage drinking party was taking place at the residence. As officers attempted to make contact with the homeowner, Dylan Price Frost pushed an officer in an attempt to prevent him from contacting the homeowner. Frost was placed under arrest and taken to the police station for processing and paperwork. Four adults were issued citations for possession of alcohol under the age of 21 and released. Two citations were issued to a juvenile for possession of alcohol under 21 and possession of tobacco under 18 and was later released to a family member. The officer was not injured during the incident. Frost is awaiting a bond hearing with the District Court Commissioner. Additional charges are pending.
