Although event organizers emphasize moderation and provide trolleys for those participating- this years annual St Paddy’s Pub Crawl event in downtown Cumberland proved rowdier then most years and kept city police busy Saturday night into the wee small hours Sunday morning. Captain Greg Leake with the City Police Department said while most of the incidents were not serious- it is concerning that the number of incidents increased significantly:
