Lesane Sentenced to Four Years

The Office of the State’s Attorney for Allegany County, the Honorable Michael O. Twigg, State’s Attorney, along with Allegany County Narcotics Task Force, C3I-N, announced on Wednesday Karon Tyrell Lesane, Baltimore, pled guilty to a drug possession charge in the Circuit Court for Allegany County.

The Honorable W. Timothy Finan, Circuit Court Judge for Allegany County, sentenced Lesane to four years’ incarceration, the maximum penalty, in the Maryland Department of Corrections.

The case was the result of an investigation conducted by members of the C3I Narcotics Unit. During the execution of a search and seizure warrant in the 100 Block of W. Oldtown Road, Cumberland, Detectives located crack cocaine and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.
