Organizers of DelFest, a bluegrass festival held each year on Memorial Day weekend at the Allegany County Fairgrounds, is continuing to expand its local presence- and now will have a permanent staging area on the Downtown Cumberland Mall. DelFest organizers give back to the community in many ways and are always looking to grow. Dave Love with the Downtown Development Commission reports that Del McCoury and family will be sponsors to part of the music program this summer and that the Liberty Street stage is now named in their honor….
