Cumberland’s economic development coordinator Shawn Hershberger provided local business leaders with an update on the progress being made in relation to the economic strategic study that was completed for the city in October. The city solicited a $54,000 economic study, paid for largely by grants, from RKG Associates of Arlington, Va.
