A 20-year-old Oakland man was arrested Friday on child pornography and other charges, according to the Garrett County Sheriff's Office.
It was the second time in less than a month that Matthew Jacob Hebb was arrested for alleged offenses.
Hebb was charged with child pornography solicitation and indecent exposure, in addition to the charge of possession of child pornography following his arrest by the criminal investigation unit of the sheriff's office. According to court records, the alleged offenses related to an incident that occurred on Dec. 1.
Following arrest processing, Hebb was taken to the Garrett County Jail to await a bond hearing.
Last month, Hebb was charged with two counts of fourth-degree sex offense, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of perverted practices and possession of child pornography.
