On 11/09/2020 at approximately 9:00 PM the Cumberland City Police Department was dispatched to the 400 block of Warwick Avenue for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers spoke to the complainant and learned that Daniel Lynn Miller had caused a disturbance and they wanted him to leave. Officers spoke to Mr. Miller and advised him to leave the area. Mr. Miller continued to yell at the complainant and ignored officer repeated commands to leave. Mr. Miller was placed under arrest and transported to the police station. Mr. Miller was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in District Court.
