Thomas W. Burton, 86, of Frostburg, passed away Thursday, at his son's residence. Burton owned Burton's Shopping Centre in LaVale. A memorial service is being planned for Sunday, May 27, 2018 in the Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., 202 Greene Street, Cumberland. Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., 202 Greene Street, Cumberland, on Sunday, May 27th. from noon until 2:00 PM.
The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Stephen F. Yelovich, officiating.
