On Saturday, Cumberland Police responded to a Massachusetts residence for a disturbance complaint.
When officers arrived, they spoke with a female who alleged that her brother-in-law identified as Charles Rennix II, smeared dog feces in her hair and shoved her on the ground. Rennix, then according to the victim, got into his vehicle and drove through the yard causing damage to the property.
Rennix was later located and place under arrest. He was taken to the District Court Commissioner and released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.
Charles Wood Rennix II, age; 39, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Assault 2nd, malicious destruction of property. Leaving the scene of unattended property damage, failure to locate and notify owner of property damage.
