On June 10, 2016, Officers from the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on James V. Smith of Cumberland. The charges stem from a June 1, 2016 incident where Smith trespassed at a Queen City Drive business. Smith was served with the Criminal Summons and released pending trial in District Court.

On June 10, 2016, officers from the Cumberland City Police served an Arrest Warrant on Patrick K. Conners Jr. of Cumberland. The Arrest Warrant was for a Violation of Probation. Conners was taken to District Court for his Initial Appearance and held on $500 Bond.
