Saturday evening, officers with the Cumberland Police Dept responded to a residence located in the 400blk of Maryland Ave in reference to subject returning to the residence after being told not to do so.
The Cumberland Police Dept responded to this location earlier in the day in reference to the same subject being there creating a disturbance. The subject was warned not to return or he would be subject to arrest. Officers located 38 year old Miguel Santos across the street from the residence and placed him under arrest.
Santos was transported to Police Headquarters where he was issued two Criminal Citations for trespassing and failure to obey a lawful order and released pending trial in District Court.
