The Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Jason Robert Dillon. Officers were called to a Gephart Drive residence for a disturbance. While investigating that incident they located Dillon inside the residence. Dillon was taken into custody without incident and transported to Police Headquarters for processing. He was later taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was held on a $1,000.00 bond.
