Cumberland City Police officers have served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant on Brandon Gonzales, age 34, of the city.
The warrant was issued as a result of Gonzales failing to appear to trial for a previous CDS arrest on March 22, 2016.
Gonzales was held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
