On Saturday, Cumberland Police served arrest warrants on 20 year old Jason Lloyd Yaider III, of the city, for second degree escape, obstructing justice, and theft $100-$1,500.
Details surrounding the escape charge were not released.
Yaider was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center where he was held without bail for the second degree escape and obstructing justice warrant and received an unsecured bond of $5,000 for the theft warrant.
