On 01/06/18 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Cody Michael Skelley.
After the warrant processing, Skelley was transported to the District Court Commissioner’s office for his initial appearance. As a result of the hearing, Skelley was released on his personal recognizance pending trial in District Court
