West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin had the opportunity this week to press Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein about funding for drug courts:
In Allegany County, judicial officials believe the institution of a drug court could help with the drug problem because of provisions that help decrease narcotic usage and have the ability to step in should a recovering offender have a relapse.
