Just about six weeks remain until the 2017 session of the Maryland General Assembly begins- and it will mark the start of the third year of the Larry Hogan administration in Annapolis. Hogan, a republican, has enjoyed strong approval ratings across the board with what has largely been a fiscally conservative approach to addressing the state’s struggling economy.
