Maryland Natural Resources Police Cites Four

An Allegany County man was issued citations for multiple hunting violations and the nine-point buck he shot was seized after a citizen reported hearing gunfire near his house on the first day of deer season. 62 year old William Charles Kinser, of Oldtown, was charged with hunting from a vehicle, possessing a loaded weapon in a vehicle and shooting from a road.

 

Last Sunday, three Natural Resources Police Officers charged three people with multiple offenses for hunting after dark in Grantsville. 27 year old Travis James Spiker, 22 year old Alex Wayne Baker, and 30 year old Jessica Blair Baker have all been charged with various offenses. Officers were acting on tips and complaints from residents in the Durst Road area.
