Maryland Natural Resources Police arrested a pair of Grantsville men on Interstate 68 Wednesday, allegedly transporting a pair of deer they had killed on private property in Howard County.
The deer were not tagged, nor were they recorded on kill records. 60 year old John Condego and 51 year old Ernest Welch will be tried on the charges in January.
