For several years, Maryland U.S. Senators Barbara Mikulski and Ben Cardin sponsored resolutions and met with diplomats to try to secure Alan Gross' release. Both are welcoming news of his homecoming and say they will support President Obama's efforts to normalize relationship with Cuba. Senator Mikulski describes her feelings as Gross arrived in the United States on Wednesday….
