Maryland State Board Votes to Remove Foote

October 23rd, 2019 by WCBC Radio

The Maryland State Board of Education Tuesday voted to remove Wayne Foote from the Allegany County School Board on charges of misconduct in office and willful neglect of duty. The state board meeting began by hearing brief oral arguments from the state and from Foote’s attorney Thomas Lynch.
