The Cumberland Mayor and City Council this week approved a change order to increase the amount of funds spent on repaving city streets. The council voted to increase the street paving program by $840,000. The funds will increase the cost of the contract with IA Construction Corp., Cumberland, which is performing the milling and paving projects.
