Cumberland Mayor Brian Grim, via social media, has confirmed that the city fireworks will be at Constitution Park, but notes that the city is still finalizing details with the fireworks company that will allow the city to keep the pool open into the early afternoon. The mayor added that details will be forthcoming with a slight tradeoff being a potential decrease in the maximum size of the fireworks shells.
