Allegany County Commissioner Mike McKay now faces at least one primary challenger next June as Hancock resident Ray Givens has entered the race for the House of Delegates seat in District 1C. Givens told WCBC News that incumbent Leroy Myers is backing his opponent and McKay was pleased to confirm that to WCBC News.
