Incumbent District 1C Delegate Mike McKay scored an impressive win Tuesday over two challengers in the Republican primary. McKay defeated former Cumberland City Councilwoman Nicole Alt Myers and Washington County attorney Jordan Lysczek. McKay said the decisive win tells him that his constituents are pleased with his work in representing the district.
