    How about passing a law? That the left-hand Lane is for passing other vehicles. Not for damn idiots to ride in.

    In my experience it’s one of two types of driver hogging the left lane. Either an out of state older couple in a mini-van or a redneck rolling coal in a brodozer.
    The first one doesn’t know and the second doesn’t care.
