MD General Assembly Will Possibly Introduce Legislation To Block Removal Of Passengers From Airlines

WBAL reports that come next January — or sooner if a special session is enacted — there's a good chance the Maryland General Assembly will be introducing to a bill that blocks Maryland Transportation Authority Police at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport from physically removing passengers off a plane if they're not a threat to public safety. The bill, which is being drafted by Maryland Democratic Senator Jim Rosapepe, stems from the incident involving United Airlines a week ago….
