WBAL reports that come next January — or sooner if a special session is enacted — there's a good chance the Maryland General Assembly will be introducing to a bill that blocks Maryland Transportation Authority Police at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport from physically removing passengers off a plane if they're not a threat to public safety.
