MD Lieutenant Gubernatorial Debate Today

WAMU in Washington, DC, will host a Lieutenant Governor Candidate debate this afternoon between Democrat Ken Ullman and Republican Boyd Rutherford.  The debate starts at 1 p.m.

Ken Ulman is Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown's running mate. He's currently in his second term as county executive of Howard County. 

His competitor, Boyd Rutherford, is on the ticket with Larry Hogan. The attorney has served as the secretary of the Maryland Department of General Services in former Gov. Robert Ehrlich's administration. He also worked as associate administrator for the U.S. General Services Administration and as assistant secretary for administration at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
