Maryland’s lone republican member of congress, Representative Andy Harris is downplaying the differences between the House and Senate takes on health care reform, and defended controversial provisions and bipartisan criticism of the process that led up to the Senate bill's unveiling. WBAL reports the Senate version, revealed Thursday, already has opposition from four conservative Senators, with others evasive.
